How does Lingoryx work?
Students can browse teacher profiles, read reviews, and book lessons directly with their chosen teacher. Teachers set their own schedules and rates, and lessons are conducted online through our platform.
What languages are available on Lingoryx?
We offer lessons in over 13 languages including English, Persian, Arabic, Turkish, German, French, Russian, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Japanese, Urdu, and Hindi. New languages are added regularly based on teacher availability.
Is Lingoryx free to use?
Creating an account and browsing teachers is free. You only pay for the lessons you book with teachers. Each teacher sets their own rates, and payment is made securely through our platform.
Registration & Account
How do I register?
Click the "Sign Up" button and choose to register with your email or Google account. Verify your email address, and your account will be ready to use immediately.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can request account deletion from your account settings. Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Note that this action cannot be undone.
How do I reset my password?
On the login page, click "Forgot Password" and enter your email. We'll send you a link to reset your password. Follow the instructions and create a new password.
Classes & Teachers
How do I book a lesson?
Find a teacher, review their profile and available times, then click "Book Lesson". Select your preferred date and time, and complete the payment if required.
Can I reschedule or cancel a lesson?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel lessons. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the lesson will receive a full refund. Check your teacher's specific cancellation policy on their profile.
How do I choose the right teacher?
Read teacher profiles, check their qualifications, student reviews, and teaching style. Watch their introduction videos. You can also book a trial lesson to see if you're a good match.
What equipment do I need for lessons?
You need a device (computer, tablet, or phone) with a stable internet connection, webcam, and microphone. Most modern devices have built-in cameras and mics. A headset is recommended for better audio quality.
Pricing & Payment
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and bank transfers. All transactions are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, absolutely. We use SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols. Payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers. We comply with international payment security standards.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the lesson. Cancellations less than 24 hours before may be subject to fees. In case of teacher no-show or technical issues, full refunds are provided.
Do you offer discounts for multiple lessons?
Many teachers offer discounts for package bookings (5, 10, or more lessons). Check individual teacher profiles for any available discount packages and special offers.

Yes, the forum is completely free. You can browse all discussions without registration. To post questions and answers, you need to create a free account.
Can I publish an article in the blog?
The blog is managed by our editorial team and featured teachers. If you're a teacher, you can submit article proposals through your teacher portal. Regular users can suggest topics.
