Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Lingoryx website, application or services (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform. These Terms are an agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Lingoryx ("we" or "Company").

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an on-platform notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

User Accounts

• To use certain features (such as booking lessons or participating in the community), you must create an account.
• Registration information must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false information may result in account suspension.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account.

Services and Lessons

Online Classes

• Classes are provided by independent teachers. Lingoryx is not responsible for the quality of instruction or teacher behavior, but strives to vet and attract quality teachers.
• Class times are set according to time zones. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for refunds per teacher policy.
• Recording classes is allowed only with mutual consent. Recorded content is for personal use only.

Community and Blog

• Content you post to the community must not be abusive, illegal or infringing on others’ rights.
• We reserve the right to edit or remove any posts or comments without prior notice.
• Commercial use of blog content without written permission is prohibited.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (including text, graphics, logos, video, and software) is owned by Lingoryx or its licensors and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, distribute or modify any content without written permission.

Payments and Refunds

• Lesson fees are set by each teacher and will be shown before booking.
• Payments are processed through secure gateways. Lingoryx does not store your full payment card information.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a lesson may be charged. If a teacher cancels, a full refund will be issued.
• For payment issues, contact support within 7 days of the transaction.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform for unlawful or harmful purposes. Prohibited activities include:

• Posting abusive, defamatory or hateful content.
• Attempting unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or our systems.
• Using bots or scripts to scrape data.
• Posting commercial advertisements without permission.

Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably determine to be behaving improperly. Refunds for booked lessons will be processed after applicable fees are deducted.

Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is". We do not warrant that services will be error-free or uninterrupted. Lingoryx is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability (if any) will not exceed the amount you paid for lessons in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably; if unresolved, Tehran courts have jurisdiction.

Third-party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control their content and accept no responsibility for them.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

The Persian (Farsi) version of this document is authoritative; in case of conflict the Persian version prevails.
