2. 接受条款

通过创建账户、预订课程或使用我们的任何服务，您确认已阅读、理解并同意受这些条款和我们的隐私政策约束。这些条款适用于平台的所有用户，包括学生、教师和访客。

14. 条款变更

我们可以随时修改这些条款。我们将通过电子邮件或平台上的通知告知用户重大变更。在更改后继续使用 Lingoryx 即表示接受新条款。

3. 用户账户

• 您必须年满18岁才能创建账户
• 您不得与他人共享您的账户
• 您对您账户下的所有活动负责
• 我们保留暂停或终止违反这些条款的账户的权利

4. 服务和课程

在线课程

• 教师设定自己的费率和时间表
• 学生直接与教师预订课程
• 所有课程通过我们的平台在线进行

社区和博客

• 您发布的内容不得具有攻击性、非法性或侵犯他人权利。
• 我们可以编辑或删除违反我们规则的帖子或评论。
• 未经书面许可禁止将博客内容用于商业目的。

8. 知识产权

Lingoryx 上的所有内容，包括文本、图形、徽标和软件，均为 Lingoryx 或其许可方的财产，受版权和其他知识产权法律保护。未经明确书面许可，您不得复制、分发或从我们的内容创建衍生作品。

5. 付款和退款

• Lesson fees are set by each teacher and will be shown before booking.
• Payments are processed through secure gateways. Lingoryx does not store your full payment card information.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a lesson may be charged. If a teacher cancels, a full refund will be issued.
• For payment issues, contact support within 7 days of the transaction.

6. 用户行为

您同意以合法和尊重的方式使用 Lingoryx。禁止的活动包括：

• 任何形式的骚扰、虐待或歧视
• 分享不当或冒犯性内容
• 试图规避支付系统
• 冒充他人或提供虚假信息

7. 暂停和终止

我们可以暂停或终止违反这些条款或行为不当的账户。受影响预订的退款将在扣除任何适用费用后处理。

8. 责任限制

Lingoryx 按"原样"提供平台，对服务的可用性、准确性或质量不作任何保证。我们不对因您使用我们的平台而产生的任何间接、偶然或后果性损害承担责任。我们的总责任限于您在索赔前30天内为课程支付的金额。

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability (if any) will not exceed the amount you paid for lessons in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably; if unresolved, Tehran courts have jurisdiction.

Third-party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control their content and accept no responsibility for them.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
